TUS Calendar Birthday Commemoration
If you would like to purchase a birthday commemoration for your daughter(s) in the 2020-21 school calendar, please complete the form below and mail payment to the front office. (calendar b-day in subject line)

We are offering a sibling discount. The cost for one commemoration is $50, each additional sibling, $25.
We ask that you limit your commemorations to birthday wishes. Please submit by July 10th.

Each wish may not exceed 4 words ie:
